Each year, the FONDATION ALLIANCE FRANCAISE counts on you to respond to its one and only survey, by completing the attached questionnaire. The goal is to get an overall picture of the network and its progress and to allow us to update our database.

This document should be completed online by April 15th at the latest.
The Délégation générale automatically receives a copy of your questionnaire and will forward it to the Fondation after having validated it.
It is therefore possible that we may get in touch with you if certain information is missing of if we need further clarification.
It is up to you whether you complete the financial information in dollars or in Euros, however, I would be very grateful if you would provide the data in dollars. If you decide to use Euros, please use the exchange rate of 1 dollar = 0.74 Euros.
